Hi! I am renting out a room in Lund ~15 min from Lund University for 5,000 SEK from August 1 (with WiFi, electricity and water included). I'm looking for a tenant for a room in a calm apartment shared with me and one other tenant. The room is located in Linero with excellent bus connections just outside. The room is fully furnished. It’s a quiet and peaceful home. Long-term stays are prioritized. Included in the room, among other things: A large bed with many pillows, desk with chair, clothing rack with hangers, shelves, over-the-door hanger, wall hooks, mirror with jewelry storage and a big makeup mirror. The rent is 5,000 SEK (with WiFi, electricity and water included), and one month deposit is required. The move in date is: August 1.
