Hello! I am looking for 1 more new roommate for my apartment in Lund. It’s a 120m apartment with 3 bedrooms. It’s located in the city center about 500m from the central station. I am a 26 year old Swedish engineering student (starting year 4 out of 5). Im looking for male roommates. Apologies women but this one is not for you. Besides that I’m open for any applications. I’m looking for someone who is orderly and does not leave a mess. It’s a plus if you’re lifestyle is not in direct conflict with mine. I don’t drink for example so if you’re looking for a party house this is not it. Also a plus if you are somewhat around the same age. I’ve been living with all kinds of people from different nations before and all is welcome. There is one room left for rental. It’s the biggest one. About 30m2. Rent is around 5400kr for the big room. The room is almost empty (there will potentially be some furniture if you want). Now on the picture someone is living there. All other stuff like kitchen tools, furniture, etc is already here (my stuff but we all use it). Your room will be available from somewhere around the middle of June. You will be paying rent from end of may (always 1 month in advance). It’s ok if you are not looking to move in until the end of summer, as long as you are willing to pay rent from the time your room is available (as I can’t take the cost myself during the summer).
