I live on the first floor of a newly built two-floor house. The first floor is about 165 m² and has three bedrooms; I use one of them myself. I am renting out two bedrooms, 14 m² each. In addition to the private room, you will share the following common areas: The kitchen (approximately 6 m²) The dining area in the living room (living room space approximately 10 m²) One of the two bathrooms/toilets The laundry room The house is spacious, bright, and well-insulated, with modern finishes throughout. There is also a nice garden that you are welcome to enjoy. The rent includes electricity and internet. Parking can be arranged upon discussion. Most of the time, I live alone on the first floor. The second floor has its own separate entrance and is occupied by only a few people, so the house is generally quiet. The area is peaceful and safe. The home is located north of Lund, about 4.2 km from Lund Central Station—roughly a 15-minute bike ride. I am renting out because I have more space than I need and would like to share the home with a responsible, tidy, and respectful tenant.
