RUM I KOLLEKTIV, I CENTRALA LUND Hej! Jag ska flytta ihop med min pojkvän och mitt gamla rum i ett kollektiv på Adelgatan blir därmed ledigt från 15 mars. Hyrs helst ut till en tjej. Du behöver inte vara student för att hyra! Kollektivet har två våningar och detta rum ligger på bottenplan. Storlek: ca 12 kvm Antal boende: 7 stycken - 4 på nedervåningen och 3 på övervåningen. 4 killar och 3 tjejer. Åldrarna 21 - 27 år. Allmänna ytor: Fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, 2 badrum (ett på varje våning), matplats, innergård med cykelparkering, vardagsrum med tv på övervåningen, tvättmaskin och torktumlare i huset, gemensamt förråd på innergården (där ställer vi resväskor och flyttkartonger te.x). Du delar kyl och frys med en annan tjej. Möbler: Rummet hyrs ut möblerat med 120-säng, inbyggd garderob med mycket förvaring, byrå, golvlampa, skrivbord, kontorsstol och helkroppsspegel. (Vill du ta med din egen säng så går det också bra!) Socialt: Du väljer själv hur social du vill vara med de andra boenden, det finns utrymme för både och. Men en rolig grej är att kollektivet gemensamt anordnar en stor fest en gång per termin! Hyrestid: 15 mars - tills vidare Hyra: 5150 kr + 600 kr för el, vatten och wifi (Eftersom inflytt är i mitten av mars betalar du endast för halva månaden) På bilderna visas två sätt att möblera rummet, med 120-sängen som ingår och även med en 160-säng. ROOM IN A SHARED APARTMENT, CENTRAL LUND Hi! I’m moving in with my boyfriend, which means my old room in a shared apartment on Adelgatan will be available from March 15. Preferably rented out to a woman. You do not have to be a student to rent! The apartment has two floors, and the room is located on the ground floor. Room size: approx. 12 sqm Number of tenants: 7 people – 4 on the ground floor and 3 on the upper floor (4 men and 3 women). Age from 21 to 27. Shared spaces: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), dining area, inner courtyard with bicycle parking, living room with TV on the upper floor, washing machine and dryer in the building, and a shared storage space in the courtyard (used for suitcases, moving boxes, etc.). You share a fridge and freezer with one other woman. Furnished: The room is rented furnished with a 120 cm bed, built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage, chest of drawers, floor lamp, desk, office chair, and full-length mirror. (If you prefer to bring your own bed, that’s also fine!) Social life: You choose how social you want to be with the other tenants—there’s room for both privacy and socializing. A fun tradition is that the collective hosts a big party together once per semester! Rental period: From March 15 – until further notice Rent: 5,150 SEK + 600 SEK for electricity, water, and Wi-Fi.( Since move-in is mid-March, you only pay half the rent for the first month.)
