My room will be available for rent starting April 1st. We live in a two floor house, located next to the stadsparken and lund central station. It is a quiet yet cozy and homely house. The house is mixed with students of different studies and cultures, 4 girls and 2 guys. You will share the house with 6 others, yet the room is located on the 2nd floor - which practically is its own apartment. It includes its own kitchen, living room and bathroom, which you will share with 2 others. As said before,the house is located next to Lund Central Station, and includes a garden to park your bike and enjoy during summer. The room is approximately 14 m² and the monthly rent is approx. €595, including utilities. A one month deposit is required and the furniture needs to be taken over for €600. The furniture includes a 160x200m bed + bedding, a (less than 3 month old) mattress and topper, adjustable desk, desk chair, 2 large wardrobes. one small cabinet and additional accessories such as laundry bags etc. if you wish.
