A nice studio that's perfect no matter if you're working or studying. It suits up to 3 people, e.g. one person, a couple or a couple with a kid. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette (with sink, stove, microwave, a coffee machine and a small fridge with an ice box freezer), toilet, shower and even a combined washing/dry machine. Right outside are buses to the train station, to Malmö, etc. Only a few minutes by bike from Mårtenstorget and within a 10 min radius you've got Lund C/LTH/Economics School/SOL, etc. The building was built as a hotel, and part of it is still used as a hotel today which gives some extra benefits, such as the hotel facilities. This is mainly: free access to a gym in the building 24/7, a big lobby where you can socialize with your friends, a mini self-serve convenience store (with e.g. breakfast and coffee) and a nice backyard where you can relax and grill, and possibility to order room cleaning, etc. Previous tenants have been very happy with the apartment. Rent includes heating, water, hot water and internet. One month deposit is required
