Room for Rent in a Modern House North of Lund (14 m²) I live on the first floor of a newly built two-floor house. The first floor is about 165 m² and has three bedrooms; I use one of them myself. I am renting out two bedrooms (14 m² each). Each room will have a separate rental contract. In addition to the private room, you will share the following common areas: Kitchen (approximately 6 m²) Dining area in the living room (living room space approximately 10 m²) One of the two bathrooms/toilets Laundry room The house is spacious, bright, and well insulated, with modern finishes throughout. There is also a nice garden that you are welcome to enjoy. The rent includes electricity and internet. Parking can be arranged upon discussion. Most of the time, I live alone on the first floor. The second floor has its own separate entrance and is occupied by only a few people, so the house is generally quiet and peaceful. The area is safe and calm. The house is located north of Lund, about 4.2 km from Lund Central Station, which is roughly a 15-minute bike ride. I am renting out the rooms because I have more space than I need and would like to share the home with a responsible, tidy, and respectful tenant.
