Huset ligger i utkanten av Lund med goda bussförbindelser med både lokal och länstrafik. Avstånd till Lunds centrum är ca 3,5 km, 10 minuter med cykel, 30 minuters promenad. Huset är fullt utrustat, fiber, larm, värme och el ingår i hyran. Parkering i anslutning till huset. Inflyttningsbar hyra 8 000kr i månaden.
