Hej, vi hyr ut ett litet hus byggt för 7 år sedan på 25 + 12 kvm fullt utrustat. Huset hyrs ut till en person, rök- och drogfritt, inga husdjur. Huset ligger i utkanten av Lund med goda bussförbindelser med både lokal och länstrafik. Avstånd till Lunds centrum är ca 3,5 km, 10 minuter med cykel, 30 minuters promenad. Huset är fullt utrustat, fiber, larm, värme och el ingår i hyran. Parkering i anslutning till huset, cykel ingår i hyran. Terass på framsidan och baksidan av huset.
