Price is 5000 a month, which gets you access to your private room with furniture (Good bed, workdesk, nice deskchair, cabinet for clothes, comfortable armchair, small dresser, bookshelf, floor lamp, desk lamp) and the shared spaces (kitchen, two bathrooms, toilet room, laundry room, and large living room). Also included in the price is wifi internet, water and heating. Applicants are expected to respect the simple rules of the house, the other tenants of the house, and themselves. The house is located in a quiet, green neighbourhood, not far from shops, parks, gym and bus-stop.
