Sublet post!! I am subletting my room in Lund at Parenthesen 30B. The sublet period is from around August - January (dates are flexible). Rent will be 4500 SEK per month The room is 18.5 sq.m and furniture included. It has a private bathroom and shower, while the kitchen is shared with eight other residents. The building has several amenities available, including a sauna, a ping pong room, and multiple laundry machines. I am looking for a non-smoker with no pets who is clean and tidy.
