Detta rum är perfekt för studenter som studerar vid Lunds universitet eller Malmö universitet! Jag hoppas kunna hitta någon som kan ersätta mig i mitt nuvarande hyrda rum! Det kostar 4750 kr per månad och inkluderar vatten, wifi och el! Det ligger på ett riktigt bekvämt läge med buss 7 som stannar precis utanför och buss 6 supernära som kan ta dig direkt till Lunds C-station på cirka 10 minuter! Det finns också regionalbussar cirka 5 minuters promenad bort som tar dig direkt till Malmö Värnhem på cirka 20 minuter! Du kommer att bo med en annan ung student. Det är ledigt från och med 1 februari! Rummet hyrs ut möblerat med säng, skrivbord, skåp och fåtölj, samt en växt. (nattduksbord ingår ej). Läget är perfekt för dig som vill bo centralt. Det finns en hemköp direkt intill lägenhetskomplexet och det är några minuters promenad till Stadsparken. Det är 10-15 minuters promenad till gymmet nära Willys. 2 tvättstugor i källaren med två tvättmaskiner vardera (samt torktumlare och torkskåp). Bokar gärna en intervju för att titta på rummet under de närmaste dagarna för en snabb inflyttning från 2 februari till måndag och framåt! It is 4750kr monthly and includes water, wifi and electricity! it is in a really convenient spot with Bus 7 stopping right outside and Bus 6 super close which can get you straight to Lund C station in around 10 minutes! There are also regional busses about a 5 minute walk away that take you straight into Malmö Värnhem in about 20 minutes! You will be living with a fellow young student. It is available from the 1st of february! The room is rented furnished with a bed, desk, cupboard and arm chair, and a plant. (bedside table not included). The location is perfect for those who want to live centrally. There is a hemköp directly next to apartment complex and is a few minutes walk to Stadsparken. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the gym near Willys. 2 laundry-rooms in the basement with two washing machines each (and dryer and drying cabinet) Happy to organise an interview to look at the room for the next few days for a swift move in from 2nd of february -monday onwards!
