Vi söker en kvinnlig inneboende som är rök / tobaksfri och skötsam i allmänhet. Vi har haft flera tidigare inneboende, och kan lämna kontaktuppgifter till någon av dem när vi valt rätt kandidat, ifall du vill ha en referens. ENGLISH: A room in a shared house in southern Lund is for rent now. Located just south of the city park. 6 minutes by bike to the central Lund/main university building. Shared with me and my daughter (21). 2 bathrooms, bright and nice living room and kitchen are shared with us. There is a small garden. Rent SEK 5,000 incl. wifi, electricity etc. We are looking for a female resident who does not smoke, use tobacco or perfume, who is generally tidy. We have had several previous tenants, and can give contact details to one of them once we have selected the right tenant for us.
