I’m looking for a flatmate to share my 80-square-meter apartment (3 rooms in total). One room will be yours, one will be a shared living room, and the other is my room. The apartment has freshly painted walls, and the bathroom is newly renovated with a modern shower. You’ll also have access to: • A shared laundry room • 1000 Mbps internet (included in the rent) • A private storage room next to the apartment The apartment is partially furnished, and the area is quiet and safe. Period: From now until June 1 Rent: 6,000 SEK/month (electricity not included) Deposit: 10,000 SEK Notice period: 1 month for both sides Electricity will be split equally between us. We’ll also share the cost of common household items. The apartment is located on Musikantvägen, in a calm and convenient area. I’m looking for someone tidy, calm, and respectful — who values a peaceful and comfortable home.
