Located just south of the city park. 6 minutes by bike to the central Lund/main university building. 2 bathrooms, bright and nice living room and kitchen are shared with me and my daughter (21yo). There is a small garden. Rent SEK 5,000 incl. wifi, electricity etc. We are looking for a female resident who does not smoke, use tobacco or perfume, who is generally tidy.
