There is also a nice garden that you are welcome to enjoy. The rent includes electricity and internet. Parking can be arranged upon discussion. Most of the time, I live alone on the first floor. The second floor has its own separate entrance and is occupied by only a few people, so the house is generally quiet. The area is peaceful and safe. The home is located north of Lund, about 4.2 km from Lund Central Station—roughly a 15-minute bike ride. I am renting out because I have more space than I need and would like to share the home with a responsible, tidy, and respectful tenant.
