I am renting out two rooms, 15m^2 in total + 5 m^2 bathroom , in a quiet area of central Lund, close to Ideon, the town centre, university and hospital. ABOUT THE PROPERTY: There is a small bedroom ( 6m2 ) and a living room (9m2) with sofa-bed, microwave, coffee/tea maker and a fridge. Own entrance, with access to own toilet and shower. Access to owner’s washing machine and tumble drier, as well as kitchen with cooker/oven and space in deep freeze. There’s also access to parts of the garden. Only one person is accepted, prepared to rent for at least six months. The owner has two children, 7 and 11 years old, alternative weeks. One km from the town centre. 400 m to bus link to Malmö. 500 m to nearest supermarket. Varav det lilla är sovrum och arbetsrum och det större uppehållsrum med bäddsoffa, mikrovågsugn, kaffe/ tekokare och kyl. Egen ingång. Toalett och dusch separat som den hyrande huvudsakligen nyttjar själv. Där finns också tvättmaskin och torktumlare som delas med hyresvärd. Möjlighet att använda kök med spis och ugn finns men är begränsad då jag själv använder köket mycket. Frysfack finns. Uteplats att sitta på finns också möjlighet till. Ser helst någon som vill hyra under längre tid, minst 6 mån. Vid längre uthyrning kan hyran diskuteras. Barn på 7 och 10 finns i huset varannan vecka. 1 km till centrum. 400 meter till pendling till Malmö mm. 500 meter till närmsta matbutik.
