Room Details: - 19 square meters - Large window - Bed - Desk - Table - Wardrobes - Refrigerator on the upper floor - Free Wi-Fi - Access to the shared kitchen on the lower floor - Shared bathroom with a bathtub/shower with ONLY 1 other person, who is a female student renting another room on the same floor. Requirements: - Clean and tidy habits. - No pets. - Deposit - 1 months' rent. - For my mothers comfort and the current tenant, only female tenants will be considered. - Long-term tenant.
